Arrivals and Departures

              Check-in will be available between 4:30pm and 7:00pm on day of arrival and rooms should be vacated by 10:00am on the day of

              departure.

              Guests expecting to arrive out-with these times should make this known at the time of booking.

 

           Deposits and Cancellations

              A £50.00 deposit (per room) is required to reserve rooms.

 

              If you need to cancel a reservation, there will be no charge as long as the notice period exceeds 7 days prior to the first night’s stay.

              Cancelling 7 days or less  will incur the full cost of the accommodation reserved, which will be deducted from the credit card given at the time               of booking. This also applies should you subsequently amend your booking by shortening your stay. Should we be able to re-let any or all of               the reserved days, the card will be credited with the relevant amount.

 

              To avoid any misunderstanding, we would remind you that a verbal or written reservation constitutes a legal contract. We strongly advise you               to insure against cancellation.

 

 

 

          

 

              Smoking

              Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

 

           Vehicles and Personal Property

              Guests vehicles are parked entirely at their own risk.

              The Proprietors take no responsibility for loss or damage to Guests personal property.

Please bear in mind when booking that Roskhill House is our family home. We offer you a friendly welcome in comfortable surroundings but we are unable to offer some of the services you may find in more-expensive hotels.
